Meagan works part time during her final year of law school concentrating on foreclosure defense cases, probate and family law matters and business lawsuit defense cases. She does legal research for all cases pending at the firm. She worked full time as a law clerk for the firm during the summer of 2009.
Linda M. Fisk, J.D.
Linda performs paralegal duties and works on foreclosure defense, probate, and family matters. She also assists in representing corporate and small business clients with business formation, litigation, and day-to-day legal matters. Linda has experience as a Corporate Counsel in the Tampa Bay area as well as Florida estate planning and administration experience.
